What are you doing later?

What? Yeah... that's how we felt. As we were having our Halloween extravaganza tonight (i.e. accessorizing our bad ass Halloween costumes) we ended up in Hot Topic, a store unfamiliar to us both, searching for equally bad ass boots. We quickly suspected the store clerk of being annoyed of us, because we were asking a plethora of questions, and quite frankly making fun of most of the merchandise. We should have noticed the sparkle in his eye as he watched allison try on those sexy black pleather knee high boots, but unfortunately we did not. In the midst of purchasing the boots, out of nowhere this comment arose: "what are you doing later?" We were both completely caught off guard by this question, seeing as how we did not quite seem to be his type... Let us describe this kind fellow to you so that you may understand our confusion. Dressed in tight black skinny jeans, adorned with low-slung black studded belts, black t-shirt (notice all the black already) long, frazzled, jet black hair with roots, and the cherry on top of this character was the classy lip ring. Don't get us wrong... way nice guy, but... we dont know what he saw in us standing there in our beanies and hippie head bands. Out of bewilderment we stood there in aw of the situation. Ali put her head down in complete confusion as Allis scrambled for words and came up with the genius reply... "nothing." He didn't seem to notice how freaked out we were cause he continued the awkwardness by saying "Well if you get bored you should come hang out with me" Ali stayed silent as Allis said "oh... yeah... we might come back..." We then turned to the door, fighting to keep straight faces during the long journey out of hell. A couple of steps out we both burst into laughter, COMPLETELY shocked at what had just happened.
